The course helps students to improve their Hungarian language skills, regardless of their levels. Teaching considers individual goals and interests.

We will explore some fascinating aspects of Hungarian culture, including elements of literature, film, and folklore. Material selections will reflect the students’ individual needs, goals, and interests.

Class participation, weekly assigned works, and the final project on a topic of students’ interests will provide the basis for grading.

The instructor will provide all teaching materials: handouts, video and voice files, Hungarian texts, and Internet resources. Textbooks not required.

If you have any questions, please contact the instructor.

Prerequisite: 1st-Year Hungarian language knowledge or consent of the instructor.
